Education is more than just what you read, and Al-Andalus is more than just book and written homework. The science lab at Al-Andalus' American Diploma Elementary School should never be judged by its size alone. In this little room we pack a lifetimes worth of educational experiments to fascinate the young minds of our students.

          When our students get some class-time in the lab they get a hands-on experience into the practical side of what they learned in the classroom. Reading about science is what gives our students the understanding of our environment, but actually getting their hands on a project and making it work themselves motivates them to want to learn more and helps them to retain what they learned.
